Dinner: chez Sager: stunning fried zucchini flowers, cheeses, meats
Day trips, naps, planned and unplanned events occur

July 19: Tour of Montalcino Vineyard (Poggio Antico) with Marco, agent Sergio, & GM Frederico
Lunch: Trattoria il Pozzo, Col d’Orcia – delicious wild boar stew
Dinner: Mayfair, Passagnano

July 20: Kw has Capuccino at crabby café, guys walk (all week)
Pool at Azienda Agricola Montemelino, Tuoro-sul Transimeno
Lunch: Castello di Sorci, Anghiari – delicious daisy shaped hard salami
Piero Della Francesco Museum & DaVinci machines & lock collection, Sansepolcro
Evening: Cortona & Marco’s wine store, dress & wine buying
Dinner: La Puntabella – delicious Pomegranate Cosmo, Negronis for the guys
July 21: Kw has capuccino at crab café
Jazz, and onion tart at Umbria Jazz

Querciolaia Terme (Spa) with ankle/knee pool bath, Siena
July 22: Drive to Norcia, included 3 tunnels. Whole area wracked by 2016 earthquake
Dinner at Fodor-recommended restaurant at Hotel Palazzo Seneca (Michelin 1-star) – delicious.

Good touristy store in Castelluccio where no one lives. Café w/ 3 spoons of ricotta discovered.

July 23: visit Ascoli Piceno, San Francesco church with “sarcastic lions” guardians
Art show: Forme del Paesaggio by Tullio Perocoli
Drive to Senigallia, Riviera Adriatica
Dinner (pasta and razor clams) at Taja Mare
Overnight: Terrazza Marconi Hotel
July 24: Lunch (1:30 pm) at Uliassi, Senegalli (3 star Michelin) – 9 courses
Overnight: La Torre, crazy ritzy bedspread and couch cover
July 25:Visit Grappa and Verdicchio vineyard (with Tomaso Sartarelli) in Vernaccia, Cansobolino
Cave of the Winds (Frasassi Caves), Genga: English tour
Overnight: Sager/Cohen homestead
July 26: Ricardo & Kristen flight cancelled, rescheduled to leave Florence at 3:15
